Young Directors Forum

Created in 2001, the Young Directors Forum offers a unique opportunity for 8 talented young directors to meet professionals from the advertising world by being invited to the Cristal Festival.

Historically dedicated to French directors, the Young Directors Forum follows the evolution of the International Production Cristal. Young directors from all over the world who never shot ads will be able to compete.

Judging:

• A pre-selection will be made by the Festival’s team.
• The shortlisted directors will compete with during the final judging session in Paris in November 2009.
  The jury is composed of professionals from the cinema, advertising and post-production businesses.

 

Winners and rewards:

• The 8 winning young directors will be invited in Crans-Montana for the Cristal Festival (transport, accommodation and delegate pass) to present their films and then have the chance to meet the producers and TV producer coming to the Festival.
• The 8 films will be shown all around the world during all our events: Crans-Montana 2009, Shanghai 2010, Dubai 2010 and São Paulo 2010.
